Quaint non-motorized Lake Martin is perfect for fishing/kayaking.

Please take note that this townhome does not have a washer and dryer or air conditioning (we do have fans and with the northern Michigan weather and shaded space it is usually an enjoyable temperature). Parking- space for 2 vehicles in the public lot just up from the townhome. Please no parties and no pets this townhome is part of a quiet community. Children are welcome, but the space may not be suitable with the open staircase- please use your discretion. Main guest must be 25 to book this property.
